Hi there, my name is Heather, MSW, LICSW (she/hers) and I welcome you to All Ears Therapy!

I’m here to listen, understand, and support you as you navigate life’s challenges.

I am a queer therapist of first-generation immigrants dedicated to destigmatizing mental health services for other Asian-Americans, and people of color within my community. I specialize in working with said population, as well as individuals navigating the complexities of having disabled siblings who are searching for a safe place to explore their emotions and identities free of judgement.

My therapeutic style is person-centered and trauma-informed utilizing a combination of narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help you reclaim your story, build emotional resilience, and develop skills for a more fulfilling life. I believe that therapy is relational, and that you are the expert on your life. It’s important to me to make sure you feel heard and respected. I enjoy getting to know my clients and tailoring each treatment plan to their strengths and needs.

My professional experience includes working in hospital, outpatient and community settings and have experience working with various populations including: adults (18+), individuals with disabilities, folks who are neurodivergent, dealing with chronic illnesses and/or nearing end of life.

At All Ears Therapy, you’re not just a client — you’re a person with a unique story, and I’m here to help you rewrite it with empowerment, healing and resilience.
